Many borrowers are having trouble getting approved for financing in today’s difficult financial market. In this case, equity financing also known as a hard money loan may be the answer. All our loans are based on the equity within the property rather than the credit-worthiness of the borrower and not the debt to income ratio of the borrower. Our loans can be approved and funded very quickly, usually within 10 days after receipt of appraisal. Our hard money loan may solve your immediate problem, even if you’ve been turned down numerous times elsewhere. We can make you a short-term loans for up to 1-3 years using your real estate equity as collateral for a commercial or residential investment loan.
